well deserved. something went too far too come back. life never fails to call a bluff.

no arguments. worse even, sadness and agreement. talked, cleared the air, now there's not even uncertainty left between us. just that sadness and the wish it hadn't happened, and both are odorless and don't have any mass. just like the ridiculous hope of the one who hasn't been hurt, that a new and different bond could grow one day.

there's always that friend who turns out wasn't worth it after all. sucks to be the one.
